The posting

Выполнение работ по сопровождения органов исполнительной власти Кировской области (ОИВ) по вопросам защиты информации: подготовка номенклатуры, распорядительных документов, положений, инструкций, контроль инструктажа сотрудников ОИВ и выполнения требований защиты информации при работе на объектах информатизации. Подготовка приказов, инструкций по обеспечению антитеррористической защищённости. Инструктаж работников по вопросам обеспечения антитеррористической защищённости. Сопровождение функционирования системы контроля и управления доступом на объекты и в защищаемые помещения. Выполнение иных работ по инженерно-техническому направлению отдела ИБ. Установка, настройка и обслуживание средств защиты информации, в т.ч. криптографических, в соответствии с требованиями нормативных актов и эксплуатационной документации на них. Актуализация эксплуатационной документации на поддерживаемые средства защиты информации. Консультирование пользователей по вопросам работы со средствами криптографической защиты информации. Организация и проведение работ по контролю эффективности проводимых мероприятий и принимаемых мер по защите информации.

Высшее образование. В приоритете специализация Информационная безопасность, либо профессиональная переподготовка не менее 512 часов по курсу Информационная безопасность согласованному ФСТЭК России и ФСБ России; Знание нормативно-законодательной базы в области защиты информации (152-ФЗ, 149-ФЗ, 187-ФЗ, 17 Приказа ФСТЭК, 378 Приказа ФСБ, Постановление Правительства РФ № 1119 и др.); Знание операционных систем Windows, GNU/Linux, умение работать с базовыми утилитами, применять необходимый набор команд и их синтаксис.
