Осуществление технического руководства производственнойдеятельностью предприятия (карьер открытых горных работ, добыча свинцово-цинковых руд). Руководство деятельностью технических служб предприятия, подчиненных главному инженеру, контроль результатов их работы. Контроль выполнения плана производства, реализации мероприятий по достижению плановых производственных показателей. Реализация планов развития карьера в части инженерного обеспечения, оптимизация технологических процессов. Обеспечение безопасной и эффективной эксплуатации горнотранспортного оборудования и технической инфраструктуры карьера открытых горных работ в соответствии с требованиями ОТиПБ. Контроль за соблюдением норм и правил ОТиПБ, рационального использования недр и охраны окружающей среды на всех этапах производства. Организация и контроль проведения планово-предупредительных ремонтов оборудования и его своевременного технического обслуживания. Разработка и внедрение мероприятий по повышению эффективности производства, оптимизации расходов, снижения себестоимости. Участие в разработке и согласовании технических заданий на проектирование и строительство новых объектов, реконструкцию и модернизацию существующих объектов на территории карьера открытых горных работ. Взаимодействие с контролирующими органами, подрядными и проектными организациями. Ведение технической документации и отчетности в соответствии с требованиями законодательства и локальных нормативных документов предприятия.

Высшее профессиональное (горнотехническое) образование (по специальности "Горный инженер"). Наличие ЕКВ с правом руководства взрывными работами. Действующая аттестация Ростехнадзора. Стаж работы на аналогичных руководящих инженерно-технических должностях в организациях горнодобывающей отрасли не менее 5 лет. Глубокое знание технологии открытых горных работ, принципов организации горного производства
