желателен опыт работы слесарем механосборочных работ на производственном предприятии от 3 лет, навыки работы с ручным и электрическим инструментом; знание технических условий на собираемые узлы и механизмы знание наименования и назначение простого рабочего инструмента, правил заточки и доводки слесарного инструмента; знание наименования, маркировки и основных механических свойств обрабатываемых материалов и влияние термической обработки на них; знание системы допусков и посадок собираемых узлов и механизмов; знание способов устранения деформаций при термической обработке и сварке; знание причин появления коррозии и способов борьбы с ней знание и правила применения контрольно-измерительных инструментов, квалитетов и параметров шероховатости; знание наиболее распространенных специальных и универсальных собираемых узлов, механизмов и станков, технических условий на их сборку.
