Команда занимается внедрением и сопровождением компонентов платформы «Platform V», агентов и сервисов AI HUB департамента. Мы работаем с самым современным и востребованным на рынке стеком технологий на корпоративном рынке России. Обязанности управлять процессами CI/CD проводить коммуникацию с заказчиком, продуктовыми командами разработки и другими ИТ подразделениями банка автоматизировать выполнения ежедневных процессов внедрение новых версий, настройка АС, участие в DevOps процессах администрировать и сопровождать автоматизированные системы выполнять запросы на обслуживание по своему направлению, поддержка пользователей (2-я линия), проведение плановых и аварийных работ устранять инциденты по своему направлению анализировать причины возникновения инцидентов, проводить мероприятия по их недопущению. Требования средне-специальное или высшее образование по IT направлению опыт работы с инструментами CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus) опыт работы с Kubernetes (k8s), с Linux навыки написания SQL-запросов понимание ITIL/ITSM процессов. Будет плюсом: опыт использования AI-инструментов (LLM, код-ассистенты, системы анализа логов) опыт автоматизации задач с использованием Python и/или AI-инструментов.
