Управляет и контролирует действия должностных лиц подчиненных ему служб по охране труда и технической эксплуатации флота, а также отдела по безопасности мореплавания и участка эксплуатации автотранспорта. Контролирует выполнение правил технической эксплуатации судового оборудования, механизмов и технических средств на судах. Контролирует рациональное использование расходных материалов. Организует обеспечение Общества всеми необходимыми для его деятельности ресурсами требуемого качества, а также контроль получения отчётности по их расходованию. Контролирует и обеспечивает ремонт, техническое обслуживание (ТО), планово-предупредительный ремонт (ППР), оснащение судов новым оборудованием, совершенствование технических средств. Обеспечивает контроль качества, сроки и стоимость ремонтов судов. Организует расследования и составляет акты по случаям аварий и отказов судового оборудования, их анализ и выработка мер по их предотвращению в дальнейшем. Контролирует организацию внутрисудовой службы на судах Общества. Принимает меры по эффективному снижению эксплуатационных расходов по флоту. Обеспечивает буксиры судовым топливом. Ведет контроль над выполнением распоряжений по минимальным запасам топлива и масла на борту. Обеспечивает контроль за выполнением на судах требований национальных и международных нормативных актов, приказов и регламентов. Обеспечивает составление и контролирует выполнение бюджета Службы технической эксплуатации флота, Отдела по безопасности мореплавания, Службы по охране труда и экологической безопасности, и Участка эксплуатации автотранспорта. В случае производственной необходимости осуществляет подготовку документов и взаимодействует в своей части с контрагентами. Согласовывает с контрагентами изменения условий договоров. Контролирует исполнение договоров, материально-техническим обеспечение Общества. Организует претензионную работу по действующим договорам с контрагентами совместно с юристами Общества и ответственным исполнителем.

высшее профессиональное (морское, инженерное или экономическое) образование стаж управленческой деятельности не менее 5 лет английский язык навыки работы на персональном компьютере
