Принимает и регистрирует корреспонденцию в учетных журналах или базах данных, направляет ее по месту назначения после первичной сортировки по формальным признакам (номера заказов, типы документов). Получает информационный материал от работника более высокой квалификации после его проверки. Производит сбор, систематизация и кодирование информационного материала строго по номерам заказов. Упаковывает подобранный материал в почтовые конверты в соответствии с внутренними стандартами организации. Взвешивает упакованные конверты на почтовых весах для определения точной массы. Маркирует конверты: наносит почтовые марки, стикеры, служебные отметки, штампы или пишет адреса от руки в соответствии с заданием. Оформляет сопроводительную документацию к почтовым отправлениям (описи вложения, реестры, накладные). Отправляет исполненную документацию по адресатам. Разносит и рассылает извещения, уведомления и готовую корреспонденцию по внутренним адресам организации или передаёт их в курьерскую/почтовую службу. Занимается сбором и первичной обработкой справочной информации по простым, заранее утвержденным алгоритмам (например, сверкой данных по предоставленным спискам). Ведет учет получаемой и отправляемой корреспонденции, систематизирует и при необходимости хранит документы текущего архива. Готовит стандартные отчеты о проделанной работе (количество упакованных конвертов, разнесенных извещений, обработанных заказов) по установленной форме. Обеспечивает сохранность проходящей служебной документации. Поддерживает чистоту и порядок на рабочем месте, обеспечивает сохранность вверенных материалов. В рамках выполнения своих трудовых функций исполнять поручения своего непосредственного руководителя (в том числе связанные с логистикой документов и справочных материалов).
