1. Технический надзор и контроль качества:Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением проектных решений, строительных норм и правил (СНиП) при строительстве, капремонте и благоустройстве. Проверять качество материалов, конструкций и работ, вести журналы, освидетельствовать скрытые работы и требовать устранения дефектов.2. Приемка и проверка объемов работ:Производить приемку выполненных подрядчиками работ, проверять их состав, объем и качество. Подписывать акты (КС-2, КС-3), участвовать в контрольных обмерах, не допускать завышения объемов и приемки некачественных работ.3. Работа с проектно-сметной документацией (ПСД):Участвовать в подготовке заданий на проектирование, проверять и согласовывать ПСД, готовить заключения о её качестве. Контролировать расчеты сметной стоимости и своевременно вносить предложения по корректировке проекта.4. Организация и контроль закупок (ключевое изменение с 01.03.2022):Инициировать закупки по своему направлению, подготавливать необходимые документы и технические задания, а также контролировать исполнение контрактов и осуществлять приемку их результатов.5. Приемка объектов в эксплуатацию и обследование зданий:Участвовать в работе приемочных комиссий при сдаче объектов, проверять полноту и качество технической документации от подрядчика. Выполнять обследования техсостояния зданий и сооружений для определения целесообразности ремонта или реконструкции.6. Представление интересов учреждения:Взаимодействовать с учредителем, проектными и подрядными организациями, надзорными и судебными органами в рамках своей компетенции по вопросам строительства и ЖКХ.

Высшее профессиональное образование (строительное, инженерное) Стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет (в идеале - на руководящих должностях в строительстве или технадзоре).
