Осуществлять руководство работой спасателей структурного подразделения учреждения в части организации медицинского обеспечения и соблюдения техники безопасности. Проводить обучение работников структурного подразделения учреждения методам оказания первой медицинской помощи пострадавшим, основам физиологии и патологии, проведение практических и теоретических занятий по подготовке работников. Участвовать в проведении ежегодных периодических медицинских осмотров работников структурного подразделения учреждения. Оказывать первую медицинскую помощь лицам, потерпевшим бедствие при ЧС, контроль правильности оказания помощи пострадавшим работниками учреждения. Осуществлять прием на хранение, хранение, учет, отпуск (выдачу) материальных ценностей (медикаментов, изделий медицинского назначения, медицинского оборудования). Организовывать работу по своевременному заключению государственных контрактов (договоров) на оказание необходимых видов услуг. Обеспечивать контроль своевременного и качественного выполнения договорных обязательств после их подписания. Проверять не реже одного раза в квартал, наличие и состояние медицинского оборудования, инструментария, медикаментов в структурном подразделении. Выполнять и контролировать соблюдение правил производственной санитарии и охраны труда спасателями структурного подразделения. Участвовать в расследовании несчастных случаев на производстве. Проводить ежедневные медицинские осмотры спасателей, ежедневные предрейсовые и послерейсовые медицинские осмотры водителей, спасателей (с дополнительными обязанностями водителя), предспусковые и послеспусковые осмотры спасателей (с дополнительными обязанностями водолаза). Организовывать медицинскую реабилитацию спасателей после проведения поисково-спасательных работ. Участвовать в проведении аварийно-спасательных и других неотложных работах. Проводить медицинское наблюдение и контроль за состоянием здоровья спасателей (с дополнительными обязанностями водолаза) при проведении водолазных аварийно-спасательных работ. Контролировать дезинфекцию водолазного снаряжения и оборудования. Осуществлять контроль проведения ежеквартальной проверки воздуха, поступающего из водолазного оборудования, в химической лаборатории. Поддерживать надлежащее санитарное состояние помещений медицинского кабинета. Участвовать в разработке и проведении профилактических мероприятий среди населения по предупреждению несчастных случаев на воде.

Обязательно: аккредитация медицинского работника
