The posting

Оказание первичной медико-санитарной помощи. Проводит приём пациентов в поликлинике и посещает больных на участке при вызове. Оказывает помощь в неотложной или экстренной форме: оценивает состояние, распознаёт угрожающие жизни состояния (в том числе клиническую смерть), применяет необходимые препараты и изделия, при показаниях организует транспортировку в стационар. Диагностика. Собирает жалобы и анамнез, проводит физикальное обследование (осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия). Формулирует предварительный диагноз, составляет план лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, интерпретирует их результаты. При необходимости направляет пациента на консультацию к узким специалистам, а также на специализированную помощь (в стационар или дневной стационар). Лечение и реабилитация. Разрабатывает план лечения с учётом диагноза, возраста и клинической картины, опираясь на клинические рекомендации и стандарты медицинской помощи. Назначает медикаментозную и немедикаментозную терапию, контролирует её эффективность и безопасность, при необходимости корректирует. Профилактика и санитарно-гигиеническое просвещение. Организует и проводит диспансеризацию взрослого населения, медицинские осмотры с учётом возраста, состояния здоровья и профессии. Осуществляет диспансерное наблюдение за пациентами с хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями. Выявляет факторы риска развития заболеваний и проводит профилактические мероприятия. Проводит санитарно-гигиеническое просвещение (например, школы для пациентов с социально значимыми заболеваниями). Определяет медицинские показания к введению ограничительных мероприятий (карантина) и при выявлении инфекционного или профессионального заболевания оформляет и направляет в территориальный орган Роспотребнадзора экстренное извещение. Экспертиза и документация. Проводит экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности, работает в составе врачебной комиссии. Подготавливает медицинскую документацию для медико-социальной экспертизы. Оформляет справки (в том числе для направления на санаторно-курортное лечение), ведёт учётную и отчётную документацию (в том числе в электронном виде), составляет план работы и отчёт, оформляет паспорт врачебного (терапевтического) участка. Анализирует медико-статистические показатели (заболеваемость, инвалидность, смертность) на обслуживаемом участке. Организация работы. Контролирует выполнение должностных обязанностей медицинской сестрой участковой и другими находящимися в распоряжении медицинскими работниками. Обеспечивает внутренний контроль качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности в пределах своих полномочий.
