The posting

Дежурный администратор санатория: 2.1. Отвечает на входящие звонки, поступающие в санаторий, в соответствии с правилами ведения телефонных переговоров 2.2. Заводит медицинскую карту на отдыхающего, прибывшего в санаторий до начала первичной консультации 2.3. Принимает и оформляет необходимые документы (санаторно-курортные путевки, накладные, договора, согласия на обработку данных, бланк расчетов на оплату санаторно-курортных путевок и платные услуг и др.)с использованием прикладных программ. 2.4. Предупреждать врача о приезде очередного отдыхающего/ посетителя 2.5. Направляет посетителей на первичный или повторный прием к врачу согласно установленным временным правилам приема посетителей. 2.6. Координирует проход отдыхающих /посетителей в санаторий. Выдача ключей. 2.7. Контролирует сохранность документации (в том числе санаторно-курортных книжек и путевок) 2.8. Осуществляет контроль за исполнением работниками заявок отдыхающих и указаний руководства санатория 2.9. Информирует отдыхающих / посетителей санатория о предоставляемых дополнительных платных услугах 2.10. Дает устные справки, касающиеся санатория, расположения городских достопримечательностей, зрелищных, спортивных сооружений и т.д. 2.11. Заблаговременно приходит на смену. 2.12. При заезде граждан из государств с которыми действует паспортной визовый режим проверять миграционные документы, подготавливать необходимый перечень документов для регистрации в миграционной службе. Предоставлять данные об прибывающих в санаторий иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства в территориальный орган ФМС России. 2.13. Принимает меры по предотвращению, ликвидации и разрешению конфликтных ситуаций, возникающих при обслуживании отдыхающих / посетителей.
