подготавливает в установленном порядке аналитические записки, доклады и справки о состоянии и развитии экономики округа; принимает участие в подготовке и проведении заседаний межведомственной комиссии по снижению неформальной занятости, легализации серой зарплаты и повышению собираемости страховых взносов во внебюджетные сферы; осуществляет мониторинг заработной платы работников учреждений, организации и предприятий, расположенных на территории округа с целью принятия мер по повышению оплаты труда; осуществляет сбор информации об основных показателях экономического развития округа; вносит изменения и корректирует показатели Инвестиционного паспорта округа; разрабатывает прогноз баланса трудовых ресурсов; ведет ежеквартальный мониторинг демографических процессов на территории Жердевского округа; осуществляет анализ состоянии и развития трудовых ресурсов в округе, анализирует и прогнозирует безработицу, неполную занятость; проводит работу с налоговыми агентами по приведению уровня заработной платы до размера не ниже минимального для трудоспособного населения

способность участвовать в разработке стратегии инвестиционного развития муниципального образования, планировать и осуществлять мероприятия, направленные на ее реализацию; способность формировать и готовность совершенствовать нормативно-правовую базу по вопросам инвестиционного развития муниципального образования; способность разрабатывать и осуществлять обоснованный выбор мер муниципальной поддержки инвестиционных процессов, развития малого и среднего бизнеса с целью стимулирования инвестиционной активности на территории муниципального образования; готовность консультировать инвесторов по вопросам инвестиционной деятельности; готовность осуществлять сопровождение инвестиционных проектов; готовность к разработке процедур и методов мониторинга и контроля за реализацией инвестиционных проектов; способность проводить оценку эффективности инвестиционных проектов с коммерческой, социально-экономической и точки зрения оценки рисков; готовность оказывать содействие при проведении подготовительных, согласительных и разрешительных процедур при реализации инвестиционного проекта
