1. Руководить правовой работой учреждения, предоставляет правовую помощь ее структурным подразделениям, общественным организациям в оформлении правовых документов.2. Участвовать в разработке обоснованных ответов при отклонении претензий. 3. Разрабатывать правовые документы организации. 4. Подготавливать и внедрять мероприятия по повышению финансовой, договорной, трудовой дисциплины, сохранности имущества организации. 5. Оформлять материалы о растратах, хищениях, недостачах, выпуске некачественной, некомплектной продукции, нарушении законодательства. Передавать их в следственные, судебные органы, учитывать, хранить данные дела. 6. Оформлять документы о привлечении сотрудников к материальным, дисциплинарным взысканиям. 7. Участвовать в разработке условий и заключении договоров, отраслевых тарифных соглашений, их правовой экспертизе, изучении вопросов дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности.8. Контролировать сроки направления документов, расчетов, пояснений, иных установленных материалов.9. Подготавливать предложения об изменении, оглашении приказов, иных нормативных актов организации.10. Изучать, обобщать, анализировать результаты рассмотрения судебных, арбитражных дел, претензий.11. Учитывать, хранить копии законодательных актов, нормативных документов. Вносить записи об их отмене, изменениях, готовить справочную документацию на основе применения информационных технологий.12. Выполнять служебные поручения главного врача.13. Информировать сотрудников организации о нормах законодательства, касающихся их деятельности.14. Готовить заключения по правовым вопросам, которые возникают в работе организации.15. Консультировать работников компании по организационным, правовым и иным юридическим вопросам.16. Готовить заключения, содействовать оформлению имущественно-правовых документов.17. Проверять законность увольнения, перевода сотрудников, наложения на них взысканий.

Опыт работы в юридической сфере не менее 3 лет. Знание гражданского, трудового, административного и других отраслей права. Навыки работы с законодательными актами и нормативно-правовыми документами. Умение составлять и анализировать юридические документы (договоры, претензии, исковые заявления и т. д.). Опыт ведения судебных дел (желательно). Навыки ведения деловой переписки и общения с клиентами. Знание основ делопроизводства и документооборота. Владение профессиональными правовыми программами и системами. Способность оперативно находить решения в нестандартных ситуациях. Коммуникабельность и умение работать в команде. Знание особенностей законодательства в соответствующей сфере деятельности . Готовность к выполнению поручений руководства и соблюдению внутренних регламентов организации.
