Управление неавиационной деятельностью аэровокзала; Выполнение плановых показателей по доходам неавиационной деятельности; Разработка и исполнение стратегии развития неавиационной коммерции, а именно:- Коммерциализация коммерческих площадей Аэропорта, находящегося в управлении Общества;- Концессия от неавиационных видов бизнеса;- Реклама;- Парковки;- Коммерциализация дополнительных услуг, связанных с обработкой багажа (упаковка, камера хранения); Определение основных направлений получения доходов по неавиационной деятельности и мер по увеличению доходов; Формирование годового бюджета по неавиационной коммерции; Разработка и внедрение стандартов осуществления неавиационной деятельности; Определение тарифной политики неавиационной деятельности управляемых аэропортов; Контроль ассортимента и качества продукции, предлагаемой клиентам арендаторами торговых точек управляемых аэропортов. Официальное оформление по ТК РФ с первого рабочего дня; График работы 5/2; Заработная плата 2 раза в месяц на банковскую карту; ДМС; Повышение квалификации.

Высшее образование; Опыт работы в сфере арендных отношений в аэропорту или в крупных торговых центрах от 3 лет; Опыт поиска и привлечения арендаторов категорий Retail и F B; Опыт развития прилегающей территории; Приветствуется - опыт взаимодействия с Советом Директоров; Отличное владение программами пакета MS Office - MS Excel.
