The posting

1. Выполняет руководство МБЛ ИЛЦ 2. Обеспечивает контроль за персоналом, проводящим испытания, в соответствии с государственными стандартами, НТД, утвержденной Министерством Здравоохранения Российской Федерации. 3. Организовывает работы по внедрению новых методик и разрабатывает планы внедрения новых методик. 4. Руководит всеми работами, проводимыми в МБЛ ИЛЦ. 5. Проводит анализ работы МБЛ ИЛЦ. 6. Планирует работу лаборатории совместно со специалистами санитарно-эпидемиологического отдела: планы месячные, квартальные, годовые. 7. Организовывает мероприятия по метрологическому обеспечению лабораторных исследований (внедрение новых средств измерений, поверка, ремонт имеющегося оборудования, соблюдение правил хранения, приготовления химических реактивов и т.д.). 8. Проводит работу по укреплению материально-технической базы лаборатории, своевременная подача заявок. 9. Организовывает работу по гражданской обороне. 10. Разрабатывает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, должностных инструкций, осуществляет контроль их выполнения. 11. Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением сотрудниками требований охраны труда, техники безопасности, противопожарной защиты, производственной санитарии и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, противоэпидемического режима. 12. Поддерживает Систему менеджмента качества (далее СМК) в рабочем состоянии, актуализирует документы, касающиеся деятельности МБЛ ИЛЦ 13. Проводит бактериологические, санитарно-бактериологические и медико-биологические исследования 14. Осуществляет внутрилабораторный контроль. 15. Оценивает работу каждого сотрудника при распределении стимулирующих надбавок к заработной плате и премий.
