Графический дизайнер / Дизайнер-универсал (в паре со старшим дизайнером) О компании: Мы занимаемся разнообразными и интересными проектами (от качественной полиграфии и иллюстраций до веб-дизайна). Сейчас мы ищем сильного командного игрока — дизайнера, который станет надежным напарником для нашего ведущего дизайнера. Нам нужен человек, готовый делить задачи, предлагать свои идеи и брать на себя ответственность за отдельные направления. Обязанности: •Полный цикл разработки полиграфии: профессиональная верстка многостраничных изданий (альбомов, каталогов), подготовка сложных макетов к печати (препресс), создание баннеров и сувенирной продукции. •Веб-дизайн и поддержка сайтов: разработка дизайна, верстка, наполнение и техническое администрирование корпоративных сайтов компании на Tilda или других CMS. Предложение и внедрение идей по улучшению UI/UX. •3D-визуализация: создание фотореалистичных визуализаций продукции и объектов. •Глубокое погружение в продукт: детальное изучение специфики, тематики и бизнес-процессов компании для создания работающего, осознанного дизайна, а не просто картинок по ТЗ. •Работа в тандеме: эффективное взаимодействие со вторым дизайнером компании, совместное ведение крупных проектов и автономное закрытие своих блоков задач. Жесткие требования к кандидату (Без исключений): •Экспертное владение CorelDRAW и Adobe Photoshop (проверяется на собеседовании и по портфолио). •Уверенные навыки работы в 3ds Max + Corona Render и AutoCAD (наличие рендеров готовой продукции в портфолио обязательно). •Опыт самостоятельного создания, верстки и поддержки сайтов на Tilda / CMS (требуются ссылки на работающие проекты). •Наличие релевантного портфолио (полиграфия + web + 3D). Отклики без ссылки на портфолио автоматически отклоняются. •Готовность выполнить небольшое оплачиваемое или профильное тестовое задание для подтверждения квалификации. Будет плюсом: •Умение использовать графические нейросети для оптимизации и ускорения рутинных процессов. Условия: - работа в стабильной компании (основана в 2001 г); - оформление по ТК РФ; стабильная заработная плата (выплаты 2 раза в месяц); - рабочий день 5/2 с 10:00 до 18:00, полная занятость; возможен гибрид с удаленной работой несколько дней в неделю по договоренности - офис в центре города. 10 минут от метро.
