The posting

2.1.Осуществляет руководство возглавляемым им коллективом котельной. 2.2. Обеспечивает бесперебойную и безопасную эксплуатацию обслуживаемого котельного оборудования и тепловых сетей, а также бесперебойное снабжение теплом, подключенных к котельной объектов жилого фонда и соцкультбыта. 2.3. Своевременно принимает меры по устранению возникших аварийных ситуаций и других неисправностей в работе котельного оборудования и тепловых сетей в соответствии с планом ликвидации аварийных ситуаций. 2.4. Производит запись-распоряжение в сменном журнале о возможности растопки котла, вводимого в эксплуатацию после капремонта или после аварийной остановки. 2.5.Организует и лично руководит работами по своевременному и качественному выполнению ремонта оборудования, расставляет персонал и инструктирует исполнителей, предупреждает возникновение аварийных ситуаций и принимает меры для их ликвидации, если они возникли. 2.6. Проводит согласно графика, остановку котлов на промывку, чистку и ревизию, производя соответствующую запись-распоряжение в сменном журнале с указанием причин остановки. 2.7. Обеспечивает экономное расходование топливно-энергетических ресурсов. 2.8.Составляет заявки на материалы, необходимые для производства работ, осуществляет контроль за обеспечением материалами и энергетическими ресурсами, технически правильной эксплуатацией оборудования. 2.9.Осуществляет получение со склада материалов, организует их доставку до объекта, ежедневную выдачу указанных материалов рабочим, а также обеспечивает их сохранность. 2.10. Контролирует своевременное обеспечение рабочих инвентарем и материалами, необходимыми для производства ремонтных работ. 2.11. Обеспечивает выполнение всеми рабочими правил технической эксплуатации котельного оборудования и тепловых сетей, правил и норм по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии, противопожарной безопасности. 2.12. Осуществляет контроль за нормальной работой котельного оборудования и тепловых сетей, соблюдением рабочими технологического режима и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка.
