Должностные обязанности. Обеспечивает качественный и своевременный ремонт технологического оборудования в соответствии с графиком планово-предупредительного ремонта. Способствует внедрению высокоэффективных ремонтных приспособлений, механизации трудоемких процессов. Осуществляет контроль за исправным состоянием и правильной эксплуатацией оборудования, инструмента, приспособлений, коммуникаций, производственного инвентаря, индивидуальных средств защиты, а также за правильным ведением работ, соблюдением работниками производственных инструкций и правил по охране труда. Контролирует ход выполнения ремонтных работ. Составляет заявки на запасные части, материалы, инструмент, контролирует правильность их расходования. Осуществляет подготовку оборудования к работе после ремонта, технический осмотр устройств и узлов, контролирует параметры и надежность элементов оборудования, производит тестовые проверки с целью своевременного обнаружения неисправностей. Участвует в расследовании причин аварий, повышенного износа и простоев оборудования, принимает меры по их предупреждению. Участвует в испытаниях и приемке оборудования в промышленную эксплуатацию. Контролирует правильную эксплуатацию грузоподъемного, сварочного, вентиляционного оборудования, грузозахватных механизмов, сосудов, работающих под давлением. Участвует в разработке перспективных и текущих планов работы, технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования, мероприятий по улучшению эксплуатации и повышению эффективности использования оборудования. Обеспечивает правильную расстановку работников по видам работ на участке. Обеспечивает работников технической документацией, материалами, запасными частями, инструментом, защитными средствами. Проводит обучение подчиненных работников безопасным приемам и методам труда. Контролирует наличие и исправное состояние ограждений опасных мест, защиты оборудования и предохранительных устройств. Контролирует соблюдение подчиненными работниками правил безопасного ведения опасных и особо опасных работ.

Среднее специальное или высшее техническое образование (механика, электромеханика, автоматизация и др.);- Опыт работы по ремонту и обслуживанию технологического оборудования более года;- Знание принципов работы и устройства промышленного оборудования;- Опыт организации работы команды приветствуется;- Ответственность, внимательность, умение работать в команде.
