На территории центра дети могут найти развлечение на любой вкус: карусели, батуты, игровые симуляторы и увлекательные модули для раннего развития. Компания работает на рынке организации детского досуга уже более 16 лет и продолжает свое динамичное развитие. Условия Работа в стабильной развивающейся компании (20 семейных развлекательных центров) Заработная плата от 70 000 р. до 80 000 р. на руки: оклад фикс 3500 р. за смену в будние дни (3800 р. в выходные дни) + надбавка за: стаж, уборку, количество детей, услугу няни и % от продажи абонементов (4500-5500 р. за смену) Оформление по ТК РФ (оплата отпуска и больничных листов) График работы: 2/2 с 10-00 до 22-00 Оплачиваемая стажировка (3 дня) Дружный коллектив Подарки на праздники сотрудникам и их детям Ежегодная индексация заработной платы Дополнительные выплаты за трудовой стаж (начиная с 6 месяцев) Требования Внимательность и ответственность Доброжелательное отношение к гостям и улыбчивость Умение ладить с детьми и их родителями Любовь к чистоте и порядку Обязанности Обеспечение безопасного и комфортного пребывания детей и родителей на территории семейного центра Контроль исправности игрового оборудования Поддержание чистоты и своевременная расстановка игровых модулей на территории центра Соблюдение правил техники безопасности Присмотр за детьми во время отсутствия родителей (сопровождающих) Дополнительные преимущества: Спецодежда Скидки в компании Подарки детям на праздники Обучение, тренинги Дополнительные пожелания: Медицинская книжка
