Основные должностные обязанности: Составление и сдача бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности. Ведение налогового учета, составление налоговых расчетов и деклараций, налоговое планирование, налоговая оптимизация в рамках законодательства РФ. Организация работы бухгалтерии по сдаче других специализированных отчетов в государственные органы. Участие в подготовке специализированной отчетности для государственных контролирующих органов по ГОЗ, ГК, УФК. Методическое обеспечение работы бухгалтерии, формирование учетных политик, инструкций, расчетных инструментов, форм внутренних отчетов, участие в разработке графиков закрытия и контрольных процедур, настройке учетной системы. Управление коллективом бухгалтерии (2 подчиненных сотрудника) Организация работы бухгалтерии, контроль процессов, распределение обязанностей, контроль соблюдения политик и инструкций по ведению учета и составлению отчетности. Организация взаимодействия с подразделениями компании в рамках деятельности бухгалтерии. Организация документооборота с подразделениями по учетным и прочим документам, необходимым для ведения бухгалтерского и налогового учета. Контроль движения денежных средств в рамках проектных (отдельных) счетов. Организация работы с аудиторами, проведение аудита бухгалтерской отчетности. Организация работы с налоговыми органами, в том числе по запросам ФНС, налоговым проверкам. Проверка, согласование и подписание расчетно-калькуляционных материалов по ценообразованию по ГОЗ, ГК, подготовка бухгалтерских отчетов по обоснованию цен. Проверка, согласование и подписание отчетов по исполнению контрактов (ГОЗ, ГК), Участие в отражении учетных операций. Обязанности выполняются в офисе работодателя. Заработная плата устанавливается по результатам собеседования.

Квалификационные требования: 1) Опыт работы главным бухгалтером / заместителем главного бухгалтера. 2) Желателен опыт работы: в производственных компаниях с проектным характером деятельности, производстве электронного оборудования, систем управления в компаниях, осуществляющих производство по государственному заказу, в т.ч. ГОЗ (275 ФЗ), а также с казначейским сопровождением, опыт работы с ПО 1C ERP. в компаниях, осуществляющих ВЭД, включая импорт и экспорт, в компаниях среднего / малого бизнеса. 3) Готовность работать в небольшом коллективе (3 человека в бухгалтерии включая главного бухгалтера, участвовать в ведении учета транзакций, контроле движения денежных средств, взаимодействии с банками, в том числе по ВЭД, осуществлять подготовку специализированной отчетности для государственных органов). 4) Высшее образование по специальности бухгалтерский учет / экономика. 5) Знание законодательства РФ о бухгалтерском учете, налогах и сборах, законодательства в сфере ГОЗ, казначейского сопровождения, государственных закупок.
