Организация и контроль ведения бухгалтерского учёта в учреждении. Формирование, проверка и своевременное представление бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчётности. Организация налогового учёта, подготовка налоговых расчётов и деклараций. Контроль правильности оформления первичных учётных документов и ведения регистров бухгалтерского учёта. Ведение учёта финансовых результатов, обязательств, плановых назначений и санкционирования расходов. Ведение Главной книги и контроль корректности отражения хозяйственных операций. Организация и проведение внутреннего контроля ведения бухгалтерского учёта и составления отчётности. Подготовка документов для проверок, ревизий и аудита, взаимодействие по вопросам бухгалтерского и налогового учёта. Контроль соблюдения сроков представления обязательной отчётности. Мониторинг изменений законодательства в области бухгалтерского учёта и налогообложения. Организация хранения бухгалтерских и налоговых документов и их своевременной передачи в архив.

Опыт работы в должности главного бухгалтера в бюджетной сфере не менее 3 лет. Образование, соответствующее квалификационным требованиям к должности главного бухгалтера. Знание законодательства Российской Федерации о бухгалтерском учёте, налогах и сборах, а также нормативных требований к ведению бухгалтерского учёта в бюджетных учреждениях. Опыт организации бухгалтерского и налогового учёта, формирования и представления бухгалтерской и налоговой отчётности. Знание особенностей бюджетного учёта, учёта финансовых обязательств, санкционирования расходов и ведения Главной книги. Навыки работы с бухгалтерскими программами, информационными и справочно-правовыми системами. Опыт организации внутреннего контроля и подготовки документов для проверок, ревизий и аудита. Ответственность, внимательность к деталям, организованность и умение соблюдать установленные сроки. Готовность поддерживать профессиональные знания в актуальном состоянии.
