The posting

Расчёт и планирование стоимости работ по благоустройству. Формирование смет и калькуляций по сезонному содержанию объектов: летний период (уход за цветниками, газонами), зимний период (уборка снега, обработка противогололёдными материалами), а также работы по уходу за зелёными насаждениями (деревья, кустарники, живые изгороди). Анализ фонда оплаты труда (ФОТ) и штатной численности. Проведение регулярного анализа структуры ФОТ, динамики средней заработной платы, эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов; подготовка аналитических справок для руководства. Формирование отчётности по ФОТ для органов власти. Подготовка и своевременное предоставление форм отчётности и обоснований по фонду оплаты труда в Департамент финансов и Департамент городского хозяйства в соответствии с действующими регламентами. Документационное сопровождение кадрово-экономических процессов. Участие в подготовке приказов по предприятию, касающихся установления, изменения и начисления заработной платы; проверка корректности расчётов. Планирование и учёт коммунальных услуг. Сбор фактических данных по потреблению коммунальных ресурсов, формирование плановых показателей, контроль лимитов, взаимодействие с поставщиками. Ведение статистической отчётности. Формирование и сдача ежемесячных статистических форм П-1 ( Сведения о производстве и отгрузке товаров и услуг ) и П-4 ( Сведения о численности и заработной плате работников ) в органы статистики.

высшее экономическое образование. Опыт работы в планово-экономических отделах бюджетных или муниципальных учреждений (желательно в сфере ЖКХ, благоустройства или городского хозяйства) от 3 лет. Уверенное знание методологии расчёта себестоимости и формирования смет на работы по содержанию городских территорий. Понимание принципов формирования и анализа ФОТ, штатного расписания. Знание порядка заполнения и сроков предоставления форм П-1 и П-4. Опытный пользователь ПК: MS Excel (продвинутый уровень сводные таблицы, формулы), 1С (ЗУП/Бухгалтерия), справочно-правовые системы (Консультант Плюс, Гарант). Внимательность к деталям, ответственность, умение работать с большими массивами данных и в условиях жёстких сроков сдачи отчётности.
