Заведующий складом выполняет следующие обязанности:1. Руководит работой склада по приему, хранению и отпуску товарно-материальных ценностей (ТМЦ), по их размещению с учетом наиболее рационального использования складских площадей, облегчения и ускорения поиска необходимых материалов, комплектующих, инвентаря и т.п. 2. Следит за состоянием помещений, оборудования и инвентаря на складе и обеспечивает их своевременный ремонт. 3. Обеспечивает готовность мест для складирования и хранения товарно-материальных ценностей; 4. Организует проведение погрузочно-разгрузочных работ на складе с соблюдением норм, правил и инструкций по охране труда. 5. Осуществляет приемку и выдачу товарно-материальных ценностей с оформлением необходимых учетных приходно-расходных документов. 6. Ведет учет ТМЦ, складских операций, установленную отчетность, в том числе в программе 1С Предприятие. 7. Обеспечивает сохранность складируемых товарно-материальных ценностей, соблюдение режимов их хранения. 8. Ведет оперативный учет остатков хранящихся на складе товарно-материальных ценностей, сопоставляет количество, указанное в первичных документах, с установленным лимитом (нормой) расхода 9. Своевременно информирует непосредственного руководителя, руководителей структурных подразделений об остатках нормативного запаса полуфабрикатов, материалов и комплектующих 10. Осуществляет подготовку информации об остатках, находящихся без движения, для принятия решения об их ликвидации, а также списания пришедших в негодность хранящихся на складе ресурсов; ежемесячно совместно с бухгалтерией проводит сверку остатков ТМЦ по складскому учету с данными по оборотным ведомостям. 11. Участвует в проведении инвентаризаций товарно-материальных ценностей. 12. Принимает участие в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по повышению эффективности работы складского хозяйства. 13. Принимает изготовленные, укомплектованные протезно-ортопедические изделия из обувного цеха и цеха по изготовлению ПОИ согласно ведомости выпуска. 14. Выполняет обзвон граждан-получателей протезно-ортопедических изделий в целях согласования даты выдачи изделия с фиксацией даты, времени и результатов звонка в журнале телефонных звонков. 15. Выдает получателям протезно-ортопедические изделия с оформлением необходимых документов и в сроки, предусмотренные государственными контрактами, исполнителем по которым выступает Филиал.
