Вакансия компании ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЕ БЮДЖЕТНОЕ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЕ ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ ГОРОДА МОСКВЫ СПОРТИВНАЯ ШКОЛА "МОСКОВСКАЯ АКАДЕМИЯ ТАНЦЕВАЛЬНОГО СПОРТА И АКРОБАТИЧЕСКОГО РОК-Н-РОЛЛА" ДЕПАРТАМЕНТА СПОРТА ГОРОДА МОСКВЫ Современный спортивный комплекс с красивой территорией и бесплатной парковкой для работников, рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Обязанности: - Осуществлять размещение спортсменов, тренеров, сопровождающих лиц в выделенные администратором номера. - Проводить регулярные обходы и проверки этажей и помещений. - Осуществлять контроль за своевременной подготовкой номеров общежития к приему прибывающих для проживания, своевременной уборкой номеров при их проживании и генеральной уборкой номеров после выезда. - Перед заселением прибывших, проверить работоспособность магнитных карт и электронных замков номеров. - Разъяснять прибывшим правила проживания, распорядок дня, правила и меры безопасности при нахождении на территории Учреждения и другие требования к проживающим, ознакомить их с описью номера. - При выезде проживающих принимать номера по описи, в присутствии сантехника и электрика, контролируя целостность и комплектность оборудования и имущества. - Осуществлять контроль за сохранностью инвентаря, мебели, напольных покрытий, портьер, электрооборудования и другого имущества на этаже. - Планировать график смены белья. - Обеспечивать соблюдение правил пожарной безопасности и противопожарных мер. - Обращать внимание на техническое состояние объектов и сообщать о выявленных неисправностях. - Обеспечивать порядок при входе и выходе посетителей, контролировать пропускной режим. Требования: - Среднее профессиональное образование по специальности "Гостиничный сервис" без предъявления требований к стажу работы. - Ответственность, внимательность и исполнительность. - Базовые знания правил пожарной безопасности и охраны труда. - Способность быстро реагировать в экстренных ситуациях. - Коммуникабельность и умение находить общий язык с разными людьми. - Готовность к работе в сменном графике и полный день. Условия: - Работа в современном Спортивном комплексе в живописном районе Подмосковья. - График работы: полный день, сменный режим 2/2 по 11 часов. - Возможность профессионального развития и карьерного роста. - Дружелюбная команда и комфортные условия труда. - Официальное оформление согласно ТК РФ. - Предоставление всех необходимых средств для выполнения служебных обязанностей. - Бесплатная парковка для работников. - Комплексные обеды по демократичным ценам.
