осуществлять учет материальных средств, производить ежегодную сверку (инвентаризацию) материальных ценностей, находящихся в его подотчете, а также списание товарно-материальных ценностей; обеспечивать структурные подразделения товарно-материальными ценностями, осуществлять наблюдение за их сохранностью и проведением своевременного ремонта; оформлять заявки на устранение неисправностей электрооборудования и электросетей, санитарно-технического оборудования, а также обеспечивать текущую замену расходных материалов на оргтехнике; обеспечивать соблюдение мер безопасности при эксплуатации, обслуживании и ремонте автомобильной техники; осуществлять приобретение запасных частей, ГСМ, инструментов, оборудования, необходимого для ремонта и эксплуатации автомобильного транспорта; организовывать подготовку проектов договоров на приобретение ГСМ, запасных частей и других материальных ценностей, а также на услуги по диагностике, ремонту и обслуживанию автомобилей, на услуги специалистов по предрейсовому медицинскому осмотру водителей; составлять ежемесячные графики технического обслуживания автомобилей и осуществлять контроль за их выполнением, в установленные сроки организовывать прохождение государственных технических осмотров автомобилей в соответствии с законодательством; вести журналы (карточки) учета (техсостояния, ремонтов, расхода ГСМ), составлять отчёты; проводить предрейсовый осмотр автомобилей и инструктаж водителей автомобилей перед выездом, обеспечивать выпуск на линию автомобилей в исправном состоянии, контролировать допуск водителей автомобилей к управлению только теми транспортными средствами, право управления которыми предоставлено в соответствии с водительскими удостоверениями; осуществлять контроль за прохождением водителями автомобилей предрейсовых и послерейсовых медицинских осмотров, за соблюдением установленных сроков медицинского переосвидетельствования; вести учет дорожно-транспортных происшествий и нарушений правил дорожного движения, совершенных водителями аппарата Законодательного Собрания области, в установленном порядке готовить отчеты о дорожно-транспортных происшествиях и принятых мерах по их предупреждению; участвовать в мероприятиях, связанных с обеспечением безопасности дорожного движения; осуществлять контроль за стажированием водителей автомобилей; разрабатывать и актуализировать локальные нормативные акты в сфере охраны труда, проводить инструктаж.
