Специалист авиационного учебного центра. 1. Работа с информационными системами: Своевременно вносить данные о подготовке персонала в информационные системы: Федеральная информационная система Федеральный реестр сведений о документах об образовании и (или) о квалификации, документах об обучении (далее ФИС ФРДО ); Автоматизированная информационная система оказания государственных услуг Федерального агентства воздушного транспорта (далее - АИС ОГУ ). Обеспечивает полноту и достоверность сведений; Контролировать корректность заполнения обязательных полей, соответствие форматов данных и своевременность отправки сведений; Взаимодействовать с техническими специалистами и операторами информационных систем при возникновении ошибок, сбоев или изменений в регламентах работы АИС ОГУ и ФИС ФРДО. 2. Поддержание сайта Авиакомпании (раздел Авиационный учебный центр ) в актуальном состоянии: Регулярно обновлять информацию на сайте в разделе Авиационный учебный центр: расписание занятий, объявления, новости, контакты, информацию о программах и преподавателях. Контролировать работоспособность ссылок, корректность отображения материалов на разных устройствах, актуальность контактной информации. При необходимости взаимодействовать с разработчиками / администраторами сайта. 3. Проведение инструктажей по охране труда и технике безопасности Обеспечивать регистрацию прохождения инструктажей в журналах учёта инструктажей (в бумажной и/или электронной форме) с подписями инструктируемого и инструктирующего. Доводить до слушателей информацию о правилах поведения в учебном центре, действиях при чрезвычайных ситуациях, эвакуации, использовании средств пожарной безопасности. 4. Контроль тестирования в аудиториях АУЦ Контролировать проведение тестирования слушателей в аудиториях АУЦ; Обеспечивать готовность аудиторий и технического оборудования (компьютеры, проекторы, доступ к интернету, системы тестирования) к проведению тестирования. Контролировать соблюдение процедур тестирования: идентификация слушателей, соблюдение регламента, фиксация результатов. При необходимости взаимодействовать с преподавателями и ответственными за проверку знаний для своевременного оформления протоколов, ведомостей и иных документов по итогам тестирования 5. Иные обязанности Выполнять поручения руководителя, связанные с обеспечением учебного процесса и документационного сопровождения деятельности АУЦ. Участвовать в подготовке отчётности по учебной деятельности, в том числе для вышестоящих организаций и контролирующих органов.
