The posting

Обеспечивать защиту объекта от противоправных посягательств. Это основа: не допускать проникновения посторонних, защищать здания, имущество, сотрудников и посетителей от краж, порчи или других незаконных действий Контролировать пропускной и внутриобъектовый режимы. Проверять документы у людей при входе/выходе, въезде/выезде транспорта. Осматривать вносимое или выносимое имущество, а также транспортные средства (если есть подозрение, что они используются в противоправных целях). Организовывать обход территории по графику. Следить за техническими средствами. Если на объекте есть системы видеонаблюдения, сигнализации, контроля доступа охранник должен проверять их исправность. При обнаружении неисправности докладывать руководству и фиксировать это в журнале. Реагировать на нарушения и чрезвычайные ситуации. Если кто-то нарушает режим или совершает правонарушение, охранник должен принять меры: пресечь нарушение, задержать нарушителя (если это законно) и передать его в органы внутренних дел. При ЧС (пожар, угроза взрыва, захват заложников) действовать по ситуации: вызвать экстренные службы, организовать эвакуацию людей, обеспечить охрану места происшествия до прибытия правоохранителей. Взаимодействовать с другими службами. Допускать на объект должностных лиц правоохранительных, контролирующих или иных органов, предоставлять им необходимую информацию и документы. Вести служебную документацию. Заносить в журналы сведения о выявленных нарушениях, срабатываниях сигнализации, ходе обхода, принятых мерах. Принимать и передавать дежурство. Проверять при заступлении состояние поста, наличие и исправность средств охраны, оружия, специальных средств, а при сдаче передавать всё по описи. Оказывать первую помощь. Если на объекте кто-то пострадал (от правонарушения, несчастного случая), а специализированная помощь не может быть оказана немедленно принять меры для помощи до прибытия медиков.
