Разработка концепции приборов: Создание идеи устройства, определение его функций и характеристик. Основные задачи проектирование ультразвукового оборудования и компонентов. Проектирование механических и электронных компонентов: Разработка деталей и схем, выбор материалов, расчет нагрузок и долговечности. Создание 3D-моделей и чертежей: Использование программного обеспечения для создания детализированных моделей и чертежей. Разработка прототипов: Сборка и тестирование первых образцов устройств. Оптимизация конструкций: Улучшение дизайна для снижения затрат, упрощения производства и повышения надежности. Разработка технической документации: Составление технических заданий, инструкций по монтажу, эксплуатации и обслуживанию, а также руководств для пользователей, знание ЕСКД.

Образование: Высшее техническое образование по специальности "Приборостроение" или смежным направлениям. Опыт работы: Не менее 3-6 лет на аналогичной должности в области разработки приборов. Программное обеспечение: Глубокие знания в области CAD/CAM-систем (Компас (приоритет), SolidWorks, и др.). Материаловедение: Знание свойств и особенностей применения различных материалов. Электроника: Понимание основ электроники и способность работать с электронными схемами. Опыт проведения испытаний и подготовки продукции к сертификации. Способность работать в команде, общаться с заказчиками и поставщиками, выполнять анализ опросных листов и ТЗ с требованиями заказчика. Знание стандартов: Ознакомленность со стандартами качества и безопасности, специфичными для ультразвукового оборудования. Инновационный подход: Способность к инновациям и улучшению существующих ультразвуковых технологий и оборудования.
