Консультирование: Подробный рассказ о материалах, фурнитуре, свойствах ткани и массива; сравнение разных коллекций нашей фабрики. Работа с возражениями: Умение аргументированно отвечать на сомнения клиента, работа с ценовым вопросом (обоснование стоимости качеством производства). Визуализация и сервис: Помощь в подборе цвета и фактуры, работа с каталогами (обучение на месте). Документооборот: Оформление заказов, контрактов, проведение оплат в 1С. Поддержание порядка: Участие в ротации выставочных образцов, поддержание чистоты в зале и обновление ценников. Грамотная устная и письменная речь (работа с договорами). Личные качества: Высокая энергичность и стрессоустойчивость (в сезон бывает много клиентов). Клиентоориентированность, тактичность, опрятный внешний вид. Умение слышать клиента и предлагать комплексное решение (продать диван + комод, а не одну позицию). Будет преимуществом: Знание конструктивных особенностей корпусной/мягкой мебел
