Академия ищет специалиста по учебно-методической работе, для обеспечения бесперебойной организации учебного процесса в соответствии с актуальными требованиями ФГОС и локальных нормативных актов ДВГАФК. Ключевые задачи: Планирование образовательного процесса: Составление графиков учебного процесса и расписания лабораторно-экзаменационных сессий для заочной форм обучения (бакалавриат, магистратура, аспирантура) с использованием программы Авторасписание . Администрирование ЭИОС: Контроль своевременного заполнения электронных журналов посещаемости, наполнения образовательных курсов и размещения рабочих программ дисциплин (РПД, РПП). Консультирование преподавателей и документоведов по вопросам работы в системе. Частичное управление нагрузкой ППС: Контроль фактического выполнения учебной нагрузки в АС Нагрузка, учет перераспределения часов при замене отсутствующих преподавателей. Аудиторный фонд: Решение вопросов занятости аудиторий, контроль их готовности к проведению занятий. Документационное обеспечение: Подготовка данных для приказов об образовательной деятельности (сроки сессий, виды практик), техническая корректировка учебных планов, работа с программами Планы, АС Нагрузка, Деканат Ведение модуля академии: наполняемость разделов, актуальность документов, взаимодействие с другими структурными подразделения по документации выставленной на сайт. Нормативное сопровождение: Изучение актуальных стандартов образования РФ и обновлений программного обеспечения лаборатории ММИС.

Высшее образование (предпочтительно педагогическое или в сфере управления образованием). Опыт работы специалистом УМР, диспетчером расписания или методистом в образовательном учреждении от 1 года. Продвинутый пользователь ПК: уверенная работа с MS Excel (сводные таблицы, формулы), пакетами прикладных программ автоматизации вуза ( Авторасписание, АС Нагрузка ). Высокая внимательность к деталям, системное мышление, умение работать в режиме многозадачности и сжатых сроков.
