The posting

Выполнение пусконаладочных работ (ПНР). Настройка, регулировка и тестирование оборудования в штатных и предельных режимах. Проверка соответствия. Установление соответствия технических характеристик смонтированного оборудования и качества монтажных работ проектной и технической документации. Выявление дефектов и обеспечение их устранения. Участие в планировании. Принятие участия в составлении календарных графиков и программ ПНР, а также в разработке мероприятий по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защите. Приёмка оборудования. Участие в приёмке оборудования после испытаний, проведённых монтажной организацией. Работа с измерительной аппаратурой. Подключение приборов, регистрация необходимых характеристик и параметров, обработка полученных результатов. Проведение испытаний. Участие в испытаниях и наладке оборудования вхолостую, под нагрузкой и при комплексном опробовании. Документирование. Составление актов по установленным формам с указанием объёмов выполненных работ. Подготовка оборудования. Подготовка оборудования и стендов к пусконаладочным работам и испытаниям, проверка комплектности и технического состояния. Калибровка приборов. Калибровка измерительных приборов и датчиков, ведение журналов калибровок. Диагностика неисправностей. Локализация и устранение дефектов, выполнение регламентных настроек и мелкого ремонта. Взаимодействие. Взаимодействие с проектной службой, производителем оборудования и подрядчиками при наладке и устранении замечаний. Контроль параметров. Контроль соответствия параметров оборудования проектной документации и нормативам безопасности. Подготовка рекомендаций. Подготовка предложений по корректировке параметров, повышению надёжности и упрощению технологических процедур. Обеспечение безопасности. Соблюдение правил по охране труда, электробезопасности и промышленной безопасности при проведении испытаний.

Необходимы знания и навыки: нормативные, методические и другие руководящие материалы по проведению монтажных и наладочных работ; организация выполнения пусконаладочных работ; основные технические характеристики, особенности кинематических схем и конструкций узлов и элементов налаживаемых и испытываемых систем и устройств; способы измерения параметров, характеристик и данных режимов работы оборудования; правила пользования измерительными приборами и инструментами, приспособлениями; порядок осмотра оборудования, методы обнаружения его дефектов; правила составления актов и другой технической документации; основы экономики, научной организации труда и организации производства; основы трудового законодательства; правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты
