Законы Российской Федерации и иные нормативные правовые акты по вопросам здравоохранения. 4.2. Структуру, основные аспекты деятельности лечебно- и санитарно-профилактических учреждений. 4.3. Организацию медицинской, медико-социальной помощи населению, основы геронтологии и гериатрии. 4.4. Теоретические основы сестринского дела. 4.5. Медицинскую этику и деонтологию; психологию профессионального общения. 4.6. Статистику здоровья населения. 4.7. Основы валеологии и санологии; методы и средства санитарного просвещения. 4.8. Краевую патологию. 4.9. Основы профпатологии. 4.10. Причины, механизмы развития, клинические проявления, методы диагностики, осложнения, принципы лечения и профилактики заболеваний и травм. 4.11. Основы организации медицинской и социальной реабилитации; виды, формы и методы реабилитации. 4.12. Фармакокинетику, фармакодинамику основных групп лекарственных средств, показания и противопоказания к применению, характер взаимодействия, осложнения применения лекарственных средств; организацию лекарственного обеспечения, нормативные документы, регламентирующие фармацевтический порядок в медицинском учреждении. 4.13. Основные и дополнительные методы обследования. 4.14. Основы диспансеризации, социальную значимость заболеваний. 4.15. Основы диетологии. 4.16. Систему инфекционного контроля, инфекционной безопасности пациентов и медицинского персонала медицинского учреждения. 4.17. Систему взаимодействия лечебно-профилактического учреждения с учреждениями санитарно-эпидемиологического профиля. 4.18. Противоэпидемические мероприятия в случае возникновения очага инфекции. Иммунопрофилактику. 4.19. Функциональные обязанности, права и ответственность среднего и младшего медицинского персонала. 4.20. Правила техники безопасности при работе с медицинскими инструментами и оборудованием. 4.21. Законодательство о труде. 4.22. Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. 4.23. Правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты. 5. Фельдшер непосредственно подчиняется (руководителю учреждения; руководителю отделения; главной медсестре; врачу, с которым он работает)
