The posting

1.Обеспечение защиты персональных данных пациентов и сотрудников в соответствии с требованиями 152-ФЗ О персональных данных и 323-ФЗ Об основах охраны здоровья граждан (врачебная тайна). 2.Обеспечение безопасности медицинских информационных систем (МИС): контроль доступа, разграничение прав пользователей (врачи видят только своих пациентов, регистратура только свои функции), защита от несанкционированного доступа. 3.Поддержка и защита каналов передачи данных в ЕГИСЗ, РЭМД, взаимодействие со страховыми компаниями, ФОМС, Минздравом чтобы данные передавались безопасно и без утечек. 4.Мониторинг и реагирование на инциденты ИБ: выявление попыток взлома, атак шифровальщиков (частых в медучреждениях), утечек данных, вредоносного ПО на рабочих станциях и медицинском оборудовании. 5.Управление доступом и учетными записями: своевременное предоставление и блокировка доступов, контроль парольной политики, особенно для врачей и медперсонала. 6.Проведение аудита защищенности: анализ уязвимостей, проверка конфигураций, тестирование на проникновение (по возможности), оценка рисков. 7.Разработка и поддержание внутренних регламентов и приказов по информационной безопасности с учетом специфики медучреждения: инструкции для врачей, медсестер, регистратуры. 8.Обучение сотрудников: проведение инструктажей, разъяснение правил безопасной работы с медицинскими данными, фишинговые тесты, борьба с человеческим фактором (медики часто не ИБ-специалисты, но именно они главная цель атак). 9.Взаимодействие с IT-службой, подрядчиками и внешними организациями по вопросам безопасности (аудит, интеграции, проверка контрагентов). 10.Ведение документации: журналы инцидентов, уязвимостей, проведенных мероприятий, отчетность для руководства и контролирующих органов.

Высшее профессиональное образование по специальности "Информационная безопасность" и стаж работы в должности не менее 3 лет
