The posting

Приступить к дежурству, подготовить рабочее место. Принять под роспись в регистрационном журнале дежурства. Получить информацию о наличии машин вышедших на линию и состав бригады. Осуществлять прием и передачу вызовов персоналу свободных выездных бригад. Не имеет права самостоятельного отказа в приеме вызова. Осуществлять оперативное руководство всеми выездными бригадами в соответствии с территориально-зональным принципом обслуживания, в любое время смены обязана знать местонахождение бригад. Контролировать оперативность работы выездных бригад: время прибытия, время выполнения вызова. Передавать адреса выездной бригаде для выполнения и контролировать время работы бригады на вызове. Передавать по рации указание выездным бригадам о возвращении или следующем вызове. Если медицинская сестра по приему вызовов и передаче их выездным бригадам не может решить вопрос обеспечения вызова бригады обращаться к старшему смены. Выдавать сильнодействующие медикаменты и перевязочный материал. Строго придерживаться схемы приема вызовов от населения. При обращении пациентов непосредственно в отделение скорой медицинской помощи при отсутствии фельдшера оказывать медицинскую помощь в должном объеме. Передавать в поликлинику, ФАПы и ОВП сведенья о пациентах оставленных на дому и требующих дальнейшего лечения. Следить за наличием медицинских препаратов для пополнения сумок, сроками хранения препаратов. Немедленно информировать администрацию медицинской организации о всех чрезвычайных происшествиях. Осуществлять связь с органами местной власти, управлением внутренних дел, государственной инспекцией безопасности дорожного движения, пожарными частями и другими оперативными службами. При получении сигнала ЧС перепроверить достоверность факта ЧС обратным звонком лицу сделавшему вызов (или у дежурного противопожарной службы по телефоны 101, полиция 102). Направить к очагу массового поражения бригаду скорой и неотложной медицинской помощи для проведения разведки и оказания неотложной медицинской помощи пострадавшим и поддерживать связь с бригадой (ми). 1.Доложить главному врачу информацию переданную бригадой СМП с места происшествия. 2. При необходимости по указанию главного врача организовать оповещение и сбор штаба ГОЧС, а также проинформировать о случившемся Областной центр медицины и катастроф.
