Отвечать за ведение документации, учет и отчетность Отделения. Разрабатывать перспективный и квартальный план работы отделения, обеспечивать его выполнение в полном объеме. Организовывать выявление и учет неблагополучных семей, семей и несовершеннолетних, находящихся в социально- опасном положении, семей группы риска, семей и несовершеннолетних находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, нуждающихся в социальном обслуживании. Организовать создание базы данных семей и несовершеннолетних, состоящих на учете в Отделении.Обеспечивать соблюдение и защиту прав и законных интересов несовершеннолетних. Рассматривать заявления и предложения граждан по вопросам социального обслуживания и принимать меры по их реализации. Участвовать во всех необходимых организационных совещаниях и собраниях, заседаниях комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав, в рейдах по выявлению неблагополучия. Организовывать и принимать участие в обследовании жилищно - бытовых условий семей и детей. Осуществлять социальный патронтаж семей, состоящих на учете в отделении. Организовывать проведение оценки объема и качества предоставляемых услуг. Информировать руководство учреждения о недостатках в социальном обслуживании семей и несовершеннолетних, принимаемых мерах по их устранению. Осуществлять взаимодействие с органами и учреждениями системы профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений. Несовершеннолетних с целью оказания различных видов помощи семьям и детям, организации профилактической и реабилитационной работы. О внедрении в работу инновационной технологии Семейный помощник по социальному сопровождению и обслуживанию семей. Обеспечивать семьи с новорожденными и детьми в возрасте до двух лет, предметами первой необходимости. Принимать заявления, документы, заключать договоры, оформлять акты приема-передачи имущества, предоставляемого в безвозмездное пользование, обеспечивать предоставление во временное пользование семьям с новорожденными и детьми в возрасте детей до двух лет предметов первой необходимости, оформлять акты сдачи-приемки имущества, взятого в безвозмездное пользование. Вести учет выданных во временное пользование предметов первой необходимости в журнале регистрации выдачи во временное пользование предметов первой необходимости по утвержденной форме. Контроль за своевременностью возвращения предметов первой необходимости согласно утвержденным в Договоре срокам и произведение оценки их состояния во время возврата .

ФЗ № 124-ФЗ Об основных гарантиях прав ребенка в РФ Порядок выявления семей с детьми в трудной жизненной ситуации и социально опасном положении. Правила межведомственного взаимодействия с КДН (комиссией по делам несовершеннолетних), опекой, полицией, школами, больницами. СанПиНы, пожарную безопасность, антитеррористическую защищенность. Отсутствие судимости. Порядок выявления семей с детьми в трудной жизненной ситуации и социально опасном положении.
