The posting

Приёмка продуктов питания по количеству и качеству. Проверка сопроводительных документов и соответствия поставки условиям договора. Размещение продукции на складе с соблюдением условий хранения и товарного соседства. Контроль сроков годности, ротация товарных запасов. Ведение складского учёта. Работа в программе 1С (оформление прихода, расхода, перемещения товаров, формирование отчётности). Работа в государственной системе маркировки Честный ЗНАК (приёмка маркированной продукции, подтверждение кодов маркировки, вывод продукции из оборота при необходимости). Работа в ФГИС Меркурий (приёмка, проверка и гашение электронных ветеринарных сопроводительных документов, контроль соответствия поступающей продукции). Работа в ИИС (ввод, обработка и актуализация данных в информационной системе учреждения). Выдача продуктов питания структурным подразделениям учреждения. Участие в проведении инвентаризаций товарно-материальных ценностей. Соблюдение санитарных норм, правил хранения продуктов питания и требований охраны труда.

Опыт работы на складе (желательно с продуктами питания) Знание условий хранения продовольственных товаров Уверенное владение ПК Умение работать в программе 1С Навыки работы в государственной информационной системе маркировки Честный ЗНАК (приемка, вывод из оборота, работа с маркированной продукцией) Опыт работы в ФГИС Меркурий (оформление и гашение электронных ветеринарных сопроводительных документов) Навыки работы в ИИС (информационной системе учреждения/отраслевой информационной системе) Умение работать с накладными, товаросопроводительными и складскими документами Ответственность, внимательность, аккуратность Наличие медицинской книжки (или готовность её оформить)
