Мы — команда, отвечающая за технологическое развитие и внедрение решений на базе искусственного интеллекта для корпоративных клиентов. Наша цель — помогать бизнесу достигать стратегических целей через ИИ-трансформацию, структурировать проекты с использованием передовых технологий и экосистемы партнёров, а также обеспечивать максимальную отдачу от внедрения инноваций. Мы работаем на стыке бизнеса и технологий, формируя новые стандарты успеха в финансовой и нефинансовой сферах. Обязанности проведение и участие в стратегических диалогах, сессиях и переговорах помощь в формулировании целей развития бизнеса и формировании гипотез технологического развития и ИИ-трансформации совместное с клиентом описание и анализ бизнес-модели и процессов. помощь в формировании и приоритизации проектных инициатив по технологическому развитию развитие отношений с партнёрами, организация эффективной коммуникации в треугольнике «Клиент — Партнёр — Сбер» внедрение проектов технологического развития и ИИ-трансформации, структурирование решений с использованием экосистемы и партнёров организация сквозных процессов для реализации проектов ИИ-трансформации и технологического развития клиентов помощь в разработке и достижении целей технологического развития, максимизация выгоды от использования ИИ и других фокусных технологий внедрение стандартов работы и методологий реализации проектов в подразделениях банка поддержка организации мероприятий для клиентов (презентации, форумы, воркшопы) с целью продвижения проектов технологического развития и ИИ-трансформации. Требования высшее образование (экономическое, техническое, математическое) опыт работы на позициях: менеджер по продажам крупным корпоративным клиентам, старший менеджер по нефинансовым сервисам или руководитель проектов базовое понимание архитектуры ИИ-трансформации и ключевых технологий (Cloud, Fintech, Data Science, IoT) умение работать с бизнес-процессами компании на уровне выполнения задач навыки управления проектами по методологиям Agile/Waterfall знание основных финансовых Core-продуктов банка и нефинансовых сервисов экосистемы.
