Определение целей и задач, связанных с ведением розничной торговли китайскими товарами, и постановка задач перед работниками секции (отдела). Осуществление организации, планирования и координации деятельности, направленной на сокращение сроков и затрат на ведение торговых операций с китайским товаром, повышение качества торгового обслуживания. Обеспечение наличия в секции (отделе) необходимых документов и информации о товарах, в том числе документации, подтверждающей их происхождение, сертификацию и соответствие российским стандартам. Составление и передача заявок на заказ товаров в секцию (отдел), учитывая сроки поставки из Китая и особенности логистики. Мониторинг наличия полного ассортимента на полках и ротация сроков годности Контроль потерь (предотвращение краж, организация пересчетов и инвентаризаций).

Знания законодательных и нормативных правовых актов, методических материалов по организации сбыта и поставки готовой продукции; методов и порядка разработки прогнозов, перспективных и текущих планов производства и реализации продукции; перспектив развития предприятия; перспектив развития рынков сбыта; методы изучения спроса на продукцию предприятия; оптовые и розничные цены на продукцию, выпускаемую предприятием. Осведомленность о трендах на китайском рынке, появление новых товаров и снятие с производства устаревших. Знание распространенных сокращений, символов и систем маркировки, используемых китайскими производителями. Высшее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет.
