Вакансия компании ООО "СОТПРОФИ" Активно развивающаяся компания, предлагающая широкий спектр услуг по бестраншейному ремонту и строительству наружных сетей водоснабжения, канализации, трубопроводов горячей воды и пара, а также технологических трубопроводов промышленных предприятий. Обязанности: - Разработка внутренних документов компании; - Сопровождение деятельности компании; - Подготовка и внесение изменений в учредительные документы компании; - Организационно-технические функции, необходимые для исполнения основных функций юридического отдела: регистрация и учет документов, сканирование, копирование, организация хранения документов, отправка почты, прием звонков, корреспонденции; - Правовое сопровождение деятельности общества под руководством руководителя юридической практики; - Взаимодействие с государственными органами; - Претензионно-исковая работа; -Представительство интересов в суде (арбитраж, суды общей юрисдикции); - Юридическая экспертиза документов; - Разработка и осуществление мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности собственности Компаний; - Решение трудовых и кадровых вопросов; - Сопровождение всех юридических сделок (регистрация права собственности, аренды и др.); - Проверка контрагентов, минимизировать риски компании; - Консультации сотрудников компании. Требования: - Грамотная письменная и устная речь; - Высокая работоспособность; - Активность, настойчивость и стрессоустойчивость; - Уверенный пользователь ПК, владение программами Microsoft Office, Консультант Плюс; - Хорошая самоорганизация, умение работать в условиях многозадачности; - Высшее юридическое образование; - Опыт участия в судебных процессах ( арбитраж, суды общей юрисдикции); - Знания в сфере гражданского, земельного, трудового, корпоративного права. Условия: - Полная рабочая неделя 5/2; - Заработная плата 80000 руб. на руки; - Готовность к редким командировкам (1 день); - Основное место работы – г. Ярославль, ул. Елены Колесовой; - Повышение квалификации за счет работодателя.
