Разработка и принятие участия в разработке документов правового характера; осуществление проверки соответствия законодательству проектов приказов, инструкций, положений и т.п.; оказание правовой помощи структурным подразделениям Учреждения в подготовке и оформлении различного рода правовых документов; представление интересов Учреждения во всех учреждениях и организациях независимо от их организационно-правовой формы по вопросам, касающимся деятельности Учреждения, в арбитражных судах, судах общей юрисдикции, мировых судах, в том числе при рассмотрении дел в апелляционной, кассационной, надзорной инстанции, а также в государственных и муниципальных надзорных органах; ведение претензионной работы: учет и рассмотрение претензий, изучение, анализ и обобщение результатов рассмотрения претензий, практики заключения и исполнения договоров, муниципальных контрактов с целью разработки предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшении хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности Учреждения; контролировать своевременность представления структурными подразделениями справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии; ведение исковой работы: принятие мер по соблюдению досудебного порядка урегулирования договорных споров; подготовка исковых заявлений и всех необходимых документов для подачи в суд; ведение дел в суде;

Высшее юридическое образование, опыт работы не менее трех лет.
