The posting

Контроль технического состояния кранов. Ежедневно перед сменой проводить осмотр и проверку узлов и механизмов, фиксировать результаты, выявляйте отклонения на ранней стадии. Организация обслуживания и ремонтов. Планировать и контролировать плановые ТО и ремонты, следить за сроками и качеством работ, вести необходимую документацию. Допуск к работе. Выдавать разрешение на пуск крана в работу после освидетельствования и подтверждения исправности оборудования. Планирование и контроль работ. Проверять наличие проектов производства работ и технологических карт, контролировать соблюдение утверждённых схем строповки и технологических процессов. Обеспечение безопасности в зоне работ. Следить, чтобы в опасной зоне не было посторонних, останавливать работу при любых нарушениях или неисправностях. Работа с персоналом. Проводить инструктажи для крановщиков, стропальщиков и других участников процесса, повышать уровень культуры безопасности на участке.

Образование: среднее профессиональное техническое по профилю механические/подъёмно-транспортные машины либо промышленная безопасность . Опыт работы: не менее 6 месяцев в сфере эксплуатации подъёмных сооружений. Подойдёт опыт механика, мастера, специалиста по надзору или эксплуатации ПС. Допуски и документы: удостоверение с группой по электробезопасности не ниже III (для установок до 1000 В), прохождение обязательных медосмотров. Знания и навыки: устройство кранов и принципы работы основных узлов, правила безопасной эксплуатации подъёмных сооружений, методы контроля состояния оборудования. Нормативная база: уверенное знание ФНП по подъёмным сооружениям, профстандартов и требований промышленной безопасности; умение применять нормативы на практике.
