The posting

Определять объемы капитальных, текущих ремонтов, работ по ТПиР котельного оборудования; Формировать программу ремонта котельного оборудования в соответствии с действующими регламентами; Принимать участие в составлении заявок на услуги, материалы, запасные части для проведения ремонта и ТПиР котельного оборудования; Проводить входной контроль оборудования, МТР и запасных частей для проведения ремонта и ТПиР котельного оборудования; Организовывать проведения входного контроля используемого подрядной организацией инструмента, оснастки и приспособлений и обеспечивать своевременную передачу подрядной организации давальческих материалов; Инициировать претензионную работу в случае неисполнения контрагентом условий выполнения договора; Организовывать оценку деятельности подрядной организации по итогам работы; Формировать документацию для проведения конкурсных процедур (ТЗ, проект договора, перечень материалов) по работам подряда. Осуществлять техническую экспертизу предложений участников конкурсных процедур; Оформлять договоры подряда по работам ТПиР (совместно с цехами) и по ремонту; Осуществлять контроль в составе комиссии, за ходом ремонта и работ по ТПиР котельного оборудования подрядными организациями и персоналом станции, выполнения графика и сроков ремонта; Осуществлять контроль объемов выполненных работ; Осуществлять контроль соответствия актов выполненных работ фактически выполненному объему работ с визированием актов выполненных работ. Вести контроль списания МТР подрядными организациями и собственным персоналом; Принимать участие в комиссиях по дефектации, по приемке из ремонта котельного оборудования, сдаче объектов ТПиР и оценке качества выполненных работ; Осуществлять контроль (как куратор договора) за своевременным и полным исполнением договорных обязательств подрядными организациями по ремонту оборудования ПСУ и ПГУ и работам ТПиР (совместно с цехами); Требовать от подрядных организаций и персонала станции своевременного предоставления отчетной документации по проведенным ремонтам и работам ТПиР.

Высшее профессиональное (техническое). Повышение квалификации в области промышленной безопасности; Опыт работы в энергетической отрасли от 3-х лет; Знание технологических процессов ремонта, эксплуатации, обслуживания котельного оборудования.
