Осуществляет руководство деятельностью отдела на основе реализации управленческих функций планирования, организации, мотивации и контроля в соответствии с Положением об отделе КМП, его функциями и задачами; Участвует в разработке, внедрении и поддержании в рабочем состоянии системы управления КМП в учреждении на основе непрерывного ее совершенствования и использования современных информационных и организационных технологий менеджмента качества; Разрабатывает и участвует в проведении мероприятий по повышению КМП, обеспечению ее соответствия современному уровню развития медицинской науки и нормативно-правовым требованиям; Участвует в разработке и совершенствовании локальных нормативно-правовых актов в области КМП; Осуществляет формирование и сопровождение базы данных о КМП в учреждении, анализ и обобщение информации о состоянии КМП в структурных подразделениях по разным профилям заболеваний. Готовит рекомендации, предложения, проекты управленческих решений по улучшению КМП; Участвует в совершенствовании системы мотивации и повышения ответственности работников в области качества; Осуществляет связи с общественностью, профессиональными медицинскими организациями, органами власти, СМИ и другими заинтересованными сторонами по вопросам КМП; Участвует в приеме населения, разборе жалоб и претензий по КМП. Проводит анализ жалоб и претензий по вопросам КМП потребителей и других заинтересованных сторон (фонда ОМС, СМО, общественных организаций по защите прав пациентов и т.д.), изучение причин низкого качества медицинских услуг, нарушений требований стандартов и иных нормативно-правовых актов, разрабатывает предложения по устранению недостатков; Осуществляет операционный контроль качества на всех стадиях лечебно-диагностического процесса, при закупках лекарственных средств, медицинского оборудования, расходных материалов; Участвует в подготовке учреждения к лицензированию и аккредитации.

Высшее профессиональное образование по специальности "Лечебное дело", "Педиатрия"; Послевузовское образование и (или) дополнительное профессиональное образование, по клинической специальности "Терапия" или специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье"; Действующая аккредитация по соответствующим специальностям.
