организовывать и проводить учебную работу по дисциплинам, закрепленным за кафедрой: обеспечивать выполнение учебных планов, разрабатывать и выполнять учебные программы; вести все виды учебных занятий; консультировать обучающихся по учебным дисциплинам, осуществлять текущую и промежуточную аттестацию обучающихся, обеспечивать руководство производственной практикой (в соответствие с учебными планами); вести учебно-методическую работу: составлять и готовить к печати учебные печатные издания, разрабатывать компоненты учебно-методических комплексов дисциплин, закрепленных за кафедрой; внедрять инновационные технологии (формы) обучения; вести организационно-методическую работу; вести научно-исследовательскую, научно-методическую, научно-организационную работу; вести воспитательную работу с обучающимися в часы аудиторных и внеаудиторных занятий; принимать участие в повышении квалификации начинающих преподавателей, в овладении ими преподавательским мастерством и профессиональными качествами, оказывать им методическую помощь; планировать и контролировать самостоятельную работу обучающихся; создавать условия для формирования у обучающихся компетенций, регламентированных образовательными программами; осуществлять лечебную работу (для клинических кафедр); контролировать выполнение обучающимися и работниками кафедры правил по охране труда и пожарной безопасности; своевременно оповещать руководство кафедры о невозможности выполнить обусловленную трудовым договором и расписанием учебных занятий учебную работу; соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка ОмГМУ, трудовую и финансовую дисциплину и прочие локальные нормативные акты ОмГМУ, непосредственно связанные с трудовой деятельностью доцента кафедры; своевременно (в тот же день) оповещать заведующего кафедрой о невозможности по уважительным причинам выполнить обусловленную договором и расписанием учебных занятий работу; не давать интервью, не проводить встречи и переговоры, касающиеся деятельности ОмГМУ, без разрешения администрации ОмГМУ; не разглашать служебную информацию; выполнять иные обязанности, предусмотренные действующим законодательством РФ и трудовым договором.
