Вести технологический процесс в соответствии с регламентом, технологическими и производственными инструкциями. При ведении технологического процесса руководствоваться показаниями контрольно-измерительных приборов и автоматики, лабораторными анализами сырья, полуфабрикатов и конечной продукции, а также личными наблюдениями и техническим состоянием установки и не допускать получения продукции, не соответствующей установленным требованиям. Четко и своевременно выполнять письменные и устные распоряжения начальника цеха, заместителя начальника цеха, начальника установки, оператора технологических установок 6 разряда (старшего) и информировать о результатах выполненных распоряжений. Осуществлять контроль выхода и качество продукции по показаниям контрольно-измерительных приборов и результатам анализов. Под руководством оператора технологических установок 6 разряда (старшего) осуществлять остановку, пуск и вывод на режим УКР в соответствии с регламентом, технологическими и производственными инструкциями. Обеспечивать реализацию процедур и требований, содержащихся в разработанных локальных нормативных документах в объеме выполняемых обязанностей.

Требования к образованию и обучению: образовательные программы профильного среднего профессионального образования (СПО) и программа профессионального обучения по профессии "Оператор технологических установок", или программы профессионального обучения по профессиям рабочих, программы переподготовки рабочих, программы повышения квалификации рабочих. Основные программы профессионального обучения - программы профессиональной подготовки по профессии рабочих Требования к опыту практической работы: опыт работы от 3 до 6 месяцев в должности оператора технологических установок 3 разряда. навыки пользователя персонального компьютера (операционная система, электронная почта, Интернет-обозреватель, прочее прикладное программное обеспечение).
