- Анализ технологических и цифровых трендов и оценка их применимости в производственных процессах ГЭС - Внедрение передовых технологий на производственных площадках ГЭС, способствующих повышению эффективности и надежности эксплуатации гидроэнергетических установок - Управление пилотными проектами цифровизации/автоматизации производства - Поиск аналогов используемых материалов и оборудования на китайском рынке - Поиск и взаимодействие с технологическими партнерами

- Глубокие знания современных технологий цифровой трансформации энергетики (цифровизация производства, Big Data, IoT, облачные технологии); - Общие знания свойств и областей применения композитных материалов, полимеров, керамических покрытий и защитных антикоррозионных составов применительно к условиям эксплуатации гидросооружений и проточный трактов гидротурбин - Отличное понимание конструкции и особенностей эксплуатации гидравлических турбин, генераторов, трансформаторов и другого электрооборудования ГЭС. - Владение нормативной документацией и стандартами безопасности в электроэнергетике РФ (ГОСТ Р, ПТЭЭП, СНиП и др.). - Иметь представление о методиках повышения энергоэффективности и надежности оборудования ГЭС - Навыки моделирования и анализа технологических процессов электростанций с использованием специализированных инструментов (например, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, SCADA-системы). - Понимание принципов построения распределенных информационных систем мониторинга состояния оборудования и прогнозной диагностики отказов - Умение проектировать и внедрять роботов и автоматические комплексы для обслуживания/ремонта и инспекции гидротехнического оборудования и гидротехнический сооружений (подводные аппараты, дроны, мобильные платформы) - Владение методами машинного зрения и обработки изображений для контроля технического состояния оборудования - Способность анализировать физико-химические характеристики новых материалов и оценивать их пригодность для конкретных условий эксплуатации - Способность анализировать эффективность применения новых решений и материалов для ремонта и эксплуатации оборудования и сооружений гидроэлектростанций
