Для выполнения возложенных на него функций кладовщик обязан: -Обеспечивать места для хранения продуктов питания в соответствии с установленными правилами; -Осуществлять организацию приемки продуктов питания, их взвешивание -Организовывать хранение продуктов питания; -Создавать условия для безопасного хранения и продуктов питания; -Определять качественное состояние поступающих и хранящихся продуктов питания, их годность или негодность к использованию; -Вести учет остатков хранящихся продуктов питания; -Организовывать выдачу продуктов питания в соответствии с нормами и регламентами; -Представлять в бухгалтерию организации документы, отражающие выдачу продуктов питания, вести складской учет по продуктам питания; -Вести учет остатков продуктов питания, с установленным лимитом расхода; -Составлять заявки на продукты питания поставщикам; -определять потребности проживающих в продуктах питания согласно утвержденным нормам; -Отправлять заявки поставщикам продуктов питания; -Взаимодействовать с работниками учреждения по претензионной работе в случае нарушения контрагентами условий договоров (в том числе поставка продуктов ненадлежащего качества, не современная поставка); -Применять правила проведения инвентаризации; -Составлять заявки на сервисное обслуживание или устранение неисправностей мебели, офисного и бытового оборудования; -Обеспечивать места для хранения средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены в соответствии с установленными правилами; -Организовывать хранение средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены; - Определять качественное состояние средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены годность или негодность к использованию; -Вести учет остатков хранящихся средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены; -Организовывать выдачу средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены в соответствии с нормами и регламентами; -Представлять в бухгалтерию организации документы, отражающие средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены; -Вести учет остатков средств бытовой химии, личной гигиены с установленным лимитом расхода; -Составлять заявки на средства бытовой химии, личной гигиены; -Определять потребности проживающих в средствах бытовой химии, личной гигиены согласно утвержденным нормам.
