Обеспечивать выполнение плановых работ по эксплуатационно-техническому обслуживанию и текущему ремонту линейных сооружений связи, линейных сооружений и приемников радиовещания, фидерных устройств радиовещания, объектов. Выполнять работы внеплановых заявок по проводной и беспроводной связи, обеспечивать бесперебойную и качественную работу связи. Проводить ремонт индивидуального оборудования автоматической полуавтоматической связи коммутаторного оборудования (шнуров, штепселей, гнезд, кнопок), телефонных аппаратов, в том числе на микропроцессорах. Выполнять техническое обслуживание, текущий ремонт, программирование, испытание и наладку блоков питания, коммутаторов, АТС и телефонных аппаратов на микропроцессорном управлении. Выполнять текущий и плановый ремонты всех видов оборудования связи. Выполнять настройку электропитающих устройств. Проводить текущий ремонт телефонных аппаратов, монтаж абонентских проводок. Выполнять обслуживание и ремонт: директорской связи, включая аппаратуру абонентов, коммутаторов местной связи, телефонных аппаратов местной городской связи. Проводить эксплуатационно-техническое обслуживание и устранение повреждений на магистральных воздушных линиях связи. Выполнять демонтаж воздушных линий. Монтаж и переустройство скрещиваний проводов. Измерение основных электрических параметров линий. Выполнять эксплуатационно-техническое обслуживание и устранение кабельных повреждений. Определять места повреждения кабеля при отсутствии исправной жилы. Проводить монтаж симметричных кабелей и радиофикации. Монтаж, регулировку и ремонт защитных устройств и устройств поддержания кабеля связи в рабочем состоянии.

Среднее профессиональное образование и удостоверение о рабочей профессии "Наладчик контрольно-измерительных приборов и автоматики 6-го разряда". Опыт работы по 5-ому разряду не менее 1 года. Иметь не ниже 3 группы допуска по электробезопасности до 1000 В.
