The posting

Организация текущего и перспективного планирования деятельности педагогического коллектива. Координация работы учителей и других педагогических работников по выполнению учебных планов и программ. Организация разработки учебно-методической документации. Систематический контроль качества образовательного процесса, объективности оценки результатов учащихся, работы кружков и факультативов. Посещение уроков и других учебных занятий, анализ их формы и содержания, доведение результатов анализа до сведения педагогов. Составление расписания учебных занятий и других видов образовательной деятельности. Обеспечение своевременного составления отчётной документации, контроль ведения педагогами классных журналов и другой документации. Участие в подборе и расстановке педагогических кадров, организация повышения их квалификации. Руководство деятельностью педагогов, руководителей ШМО, творческих групп, педагогов дополнительного образования.

Высшее профессиональное по направлениям Государственное и муниципальное управление, Менеджмент, Управление персоналом . Либо высшее образование плюс дополнительное профессиональное в сфере управления, менеджмента или экономики. Стаж работы. Не менее 5 лет на педагогических или руководящих должностях. Медицинские и иные ограничения. Отсутствие судимости (за ряд преступлений), прохождение обязательных медосмотров, психиатрического освидетельствования (не реже раза в 5 лет), профессиональной гигиенической подготовки и аттестации.
