Ведение базы данных документов при работе в системе электронного документооборота; Ведение информационно-справочной работы; Осуществление контроля оформления (полнота визирования, наличие и комплектность приложений) и регистрацию исходящих документов, переданных структурными подразделениями Учреждения на подпись директору; Осуществление разработки номенклатуры дел Учреждения; Проведение формирования дел; Подготовка документов по основной деятельности по истечению сроков текущего хранения к сдаче на хранение в архив Учреждения, составление установленной отчетности; Составление описей и проведение оформления дел для документов долговременного и постоянного сроков хранения; Организация хранения и обеспечение сохранности документов по основной деятельности, поступивших в архив Учреждения; Выдача архивных копий и документов по запросам, с составлением необходимых справок на основе сведений, имеющихся в документах архива; Проверка сроков хранения документов, составление протоколов работы экспертной комиссии по подготовке документов к хранению, акта о выделении к уничтожению документов, не подлежащих хранению; Участие в работе по экспертизе научной и практической ценности архивных документов; Ведение протокола мероприятий, проводимых директором Учреждения и доведение протоколов до должностных лиц; Осуществление печати служебных документов и других материалов, размножение служебных документов; Составление проектов распорядительных и информационно-справочных документов по поручению директора; Составление номенклатуры дел; Иные поручения директора.

Умение работать с информационной и компьютерной техникой; Ответственность, внимательность и точность к деталям; Умение структурировать информацию, работать с базами данных, искать и анализировать данные; Высшее либо средне-специальное профессиональное образование по программам подготовки специалистов среднего звена и дополнительное профессиональное образование. Возможно трудоустройство учащихся последних курсов; Знание этики делового общения, делового этикета и служебной субординации.
