Поддержка разработки и актуализации стратегии: собирать макроэкономические данные, сведения об отраслевом законодательстве и базовые рыночные показатели в России. Помогать готовить и обновлять проект средне- и долгосрочной стратегии региона, своевременно актуализировать таблицы, графики и расчетные файлы.2. Мониторинг реализации стратегии и сбор данных: Выполнять задачи по отслеживанию стратегических показателей, вести реестр мероприятий подразделений. Сбирать фактические данные по KPI, проводить первичный анализ отклонений, готовить черновики сводок о ходе реализации стратегии для отчетности руководству.3. Сбор информации о конкурентах и эталонных игроках: Проводить регулярный сбор данных о продажах, запуске моделей, дилерской политике, ценах и инвестиционных планах конкурентов. Систематизировать информацию, готовить предварительные аналитические заметки для бенчмаркинга. Участие в стратегических проектах: Поддерживать исследования выхода на новые рынки, проработку моделей KD, инноваций в дистрибуции и стратегического партнерства. Собирать исходные данные, подбирать кейсы, готовить расчетные шаблоны, переводить и компоновать материалы, помогать готовить ТЭО и презентации.Организационная поддержка совещаний: Подготовка материалов для стратегических ревью, ведение протоколов совещаний, контроль выполнения поручений и своевременная передача обратной связи Директору по стратегическому планированию. Ведение базы знаний: Поддерживать актуальную базу данных по рынку России, конкурентам и инвестиционным нормам, организовывать системное хранение отчетов и исследовательских материалов.

Высшее образование, специальность: экономика, менеджмент, международная экономика, автомобильное дело и смежные направления.2. 3 5 лет опыта в сфере стратегических или маркетинговых исследований, бизнес-анализа. Опыт работы в автопроме или исследования рынков России/русскоязычных стран приветствуется; знание основ модели KD является преимуществом.3. Уверенные навыки сбора и обработки данных, построения простых моделей и подготовки аналитических материалов; умение самостоятельно вести реестры и готовить черновики презентаций.4. Понимание структуры автомобильного рынка России, торговых и тарифных механизмов.5. Хорошая межкультурная коммуникация для взаимодействия с внутренними и внешними контрагентами.6. Свободный русский, английский и китайский языки для рабочей коммуникации. Внимательность, высокая исполнительность, способность вести несколько задач одновременно и своевременно предоставлять результаты по поручению руководства.
